Currently the 2 partners draw a monthly fee of N$60 000.

The asset list consists of filing cabinets, office desks and chairs, laptops and printers (6 in total), boardroom furniture and a kitchen setup.
Also included SA Law Reports, SACR Law Reports and Juta Namibia Law Reports as well as many assorted legal textbooks.
The office outlay is neat and professional as well as very functional.

All assets are well kept and in good working order - second-hand.

We valued the list of assets at N$262 100 on a fair market second-hand value.

All the assets are paid for and there are no outstanding hire purchase contracts other than the Service Level Agreements (SLA) for the electronic equipment.

All assets are comprehensively insured.
